近年来,分子标记技术发展快速,其在荔枝研究中的应用也越来越广泛。由于分子标记具有高效、可靠等诸多优点,因此它的发展和应用为荔枝研究提供了一条有效的途径。综述了RAPD、AFLP、SSR、ISSR、SRAP、EST—SSR等几种分子标记在荔枝中的遗传多样新分析、品种鉴定、分子辅助育种、遗传图谱构建等多方面的应用,同时分析了分子标记在荔枝研究中存在的问题和今后研究工作的重点。
In the recent years, the molecular marker techniques developed rapidly, and it was used in Litchi diversity. DNA molecular markers have many advantages compared with the traditional methods, such as high-efficency and reliable, so they are efficient techniques in Litchi research. This paper summarizes the application and development of molecular markers, including RAPD, AFLP, SSR, ISSR, SRAP, EST-SSR in genetic diversity analysis, cultivar identification, molecular supplementary breeding and genetic map construction of Litchi. The current problems and prospects of the application are also discussed.
