This paper takes a case of new country building on tableland district in the south of Baoji＇s Weihe river; sets up the integrated evaluation system of adaptability to construction condition of rural residential area based on the actual condition; establishes advanced fuzzy integrated evaluation model of zoology sensitivity and adaptability to construction condition; and, evaluates construction condition of rural residential area synthetically at tableland district in the south of Baoji＇s Weihe river. According to evaluation result, the paper puts forward three construction strategies of rural residential area, which is to expansion, original scale repair and movement step by step. Otherwise, based on real fact, the paper brings forward four-class .resident model of rural residential area, combines with land renovate work and inducts space construction to rural residential area.
