采用苯酚-硫酸法测定了海巴戟果水提物中多糖的含量。测定波长490nm,多糖换算因子f=1.26;在8~56mg/L范围内,其浓度与吸收度线性关系良好,R2=0.9984;多糖的平均回收率为100.15%,RSD为0.8%(n=9);测定海巴戟果水提物中多糖的含量为11.77%。气相色谱法分析结果表明,海巴戟果多糖是由岩藻糖、木糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、果糖等单糖组成。
The content of polysaccharide in fruits of mor/nda citrifolia was measured by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Wavelength for measurement was 490 nm and the converting factor was 1.26 ; good linearity range was obtained from 8 - 56mg/L, R2 = 0. 9984 ; the average recovery rate of Morinda citrifolia polysaccharide was 100.15 % with 0.8 % of RSD(n = 9) . The content of polysaccharide in fruits of Morinda citrifolia was 11.77 %. Analyse by gas chromatography shows that the water-soluble polysaccharide from Morinda citifolia is composed of fucose , xylose, mannose, galactose and fructose.
