英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE To provide countermeasures to improve the situation of public health service in rural area of Chian by analyzing implementation effect and problems of National Basic Public Health Service Project in sample counties. METHODS Investigate implementing situation of the project in sample counties, collect monitoring data, then execute descriptive analysis by SPSS 19.0. RESULTS The project performed successfully in general; established mechanisms of management and cooperation between township and village; but some projects＇ implement effect could not meet expectations; basic health institutions lacked health resources; supporting mechanisms were imperfect. CONCLUSION To promote further development of the project, infrastructure and human resources need to be strengthened. Regulatory mechanisms should be improved. Mechanisms of sectoral cooperation and cooperation between township and village must be reinforced, public participation must be promoted.
