以“微区域集水系统控制云南山区农业面源污染”项目为依托,在查阅大量的中外文献的基础上,根据层次分析法的理论、原则与方法,建立了由1项综合指标、2项主体指标、9项群体指标构成的山区微区域集水系统经济效益评价指标体系,并以迤者小流域为例进行了分析计算,结果表明:以30年为评价期,微区域集水系统平均每年的投入成本为14733.33元,平均每年产生的经济效益为93074.70~161126.32元,得出其推广应用的成本优势,并对如何改进和推广这项技术进行了探讨,以期为政府决策作出参考。
Based on the project of"ControlingAgricultural Surface Source Pollutionin Yunnan MountainousAr- easbyMicro--area Water GatheringSystem", and consulting plenty of Chinese and foreign literature, this study uses thetheory, principles and method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (ATP)toestablishanevaluation in- dicators system of mountain micro--area water system economic benefitsby lintegrated indicators, 2main in- dicatorsand9group indicators. Taking YizheNatershedas an exampleand 30 yearsas evaluation period, the studyconductsthe analysis andcalculation,and the results show thatthe averageinvested cost of micro--water harvesting systems is 14733.33 yuanper year, andthe average annual economic benefitis93074.70~161126. 32yuan. thus itconcluds the cost advantagesof the promotion and application, and discusses how to improve and promote the technology,in order toprovide referencesforgovernment policy--making.
