以社会互动理论为视角审视教师合作的意蕴与追求,教师合作则是以符号为媒介的"有意味"的互动过程、角色间的互动过程、与冲突并存的互动过程以及教师社会化的过程。由此,应然的教师合作应以平等协商为前提、强调资源的互惠、关注实践中的反思、在合作中融合竞争和冲突,注重教师专业学习共同体的建构。
In the view of social interaction theory,analyzing the meaning and pursuit of teacher cooperation,it isconcluded that teacher cooperation is the meaningful interaction process of taking symbol as the medium,which occursbetween different roles,coexists with conflict and achieves teacher socialization. Therefore,the appropriate teachercooperation should take equal consultant as the premise,stress on the mutual benefit of education resources,emphasize onthe reflection in educational practice,mix the competition and conflict in cooperation,and highlight the construction ofteacher professional learning community.
