基于轴对称圆形薄板的相关理论知识建立了轴承刚度简化模型,提出了轴向和径向变形参量的概念及公式,分析了有孔圆板的结构参数(外半径、内半径、厚度)、材料的泊松比等影响变形参量的因素,探讨了轴承刚度简化模型的应用流程,采用数值方法实例验证了轴向和径向变形参量的有关结论,以某型号水环真空泵转子的第1阶弯曲模态计算为例,验证了所提出的轴承力学简化模型。
The simplified model for bearing stiffness is built based on relevant theory knowledge about axisymmetric thin circular plate,the concepts and equations for axial and radial deformation parameters are presented. The factors influencing deformation parameter are analyzed,such as structural parameters( outer radius,inner radius and thickness) of circular plate with hole and poisson ratio of material. The application process of simplified model for bearing stiffness is discussed,and the relevant conclusions about axial and radial deformation parameters are verified by numerical method. Taking the first order bending mode calculation for a type of water ring vacuum pump rotor as an example,the simplified model for bearing mechanics is validated.
