英文摘要：
The aim of developing an inner-enterprise distributed resource environment is to effectively and efficiently organize all kind of knowledge service providers and knowledge services consumers through a knowledge service platform.The environment enables companies to utilize collective open innovation and rapid product development with reduced costs.Based on a well operated distributed resource environment,any service providers or consumers could easily obtain the knowledge to solve their problem by knowledge services.This paper proposed a conceptual framework of a distributed resource environment and introduced key elements of the development of such a distributed resource environment.
