采用微波法提取竹叶中的总黄酮,探讨了乙醇浓度、料液比、功率、提取时间对总黄酮提取量的影响。在此研究基础上,通过正交试验,确定了竹叶总黄酮适宜提取工艺参数为:乙醇浓度70%,微波功率150 W,提取时间150 s,料液比1∶20(g∶mL)。在此条件下,苦竹Pleioblastus amarus、雷竹Phyllostachys violascens、箬竹Indocalamus latifolius、紫竹Ph.nigra、毛竹Ph.edulis叶中总黄酮提取量分别为10.858、13.835、5.141、18.778、15.552 mg/g,与其他提取方法最佳工艺相近,可见此工艺条件对竹叶黄酮有较好的提取效果,结果表明微波提取法是一种快速简便高效环保的提取方法。
Microwave extraction was used to extract total flavonoids from bamboo leaves and the influence of ethanol concentration,material solvents,extracting time and microwave power on the extractive yield were investigated.From orthogonal test the appropriate extracting parameters were determined as follows: ethanol concentration 70 %,microwave power 150 W,time 150 s,material solvents 1∶20(g/mL).The extraction of flavonoids from Pleioblastus amarus,Phyllostachys violascens,Indocalamus latifolius,Ph.nigra and Ph.edulis leaves were 10.858,13.835,5.141,18.778,15.552 mg/g under these conditions,which is similar to other optimum extraction methods.It indicates that the extracting parameters is suitable for the most bamboo and microwave extraction is simple,convenient,highly efficient and environmental.
