以洋麻和对位芳纶为原料,使用赛络纺、赛络非尔纺、改进赛络菲尔纺和嵌入式复合纺等新型纺纱方法纺制混纺纱线。研究了不同纺纱方法下长丝与粗纱间距、捻系数对混纺纱线强度和毛羽指数的影响。结果表明:芳纶长丝的加入对混纺纱线性能有明照的改善;综合比对4种新型纺纱方法,改进赛络菲尔纺最适合纺制30/70洋彬芳纶混纺纱线,其最佳纺纱工艺为:粗纱间距10mm,捻系数330。
Sirospun, sirofil spun, improved sirofilspun and embedding composite blended yarns were spun by use of kenaf and aramid as raw materials. The effect of the space of filament and roving as well as the twist factor of the blended yarns made under different spinning methods on the strength and haifiness indexes of the blended yarns was discussed in this paper. The result shows that the aramid filament can significant improve the peribrmances of the blended yarn. Comprehensive compared the 4 kinds of new spinning methods, the improved sirofilspun is a most suitable method for spinning 30/70 kena/Taramid blended yarn when using a hest optimum process technology of 10mm space and 330 of twist factor.
