Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor（RhoGDI） is the primary regulator of activation of Rho GTPases.The rhoGDI family comprises RhoGDIα,RhoGDIβ,and RhoGDIγ.RhoGDIs play important roles in a variety of tumors,effecting occurrence,development and transfer processes through interactions with a variety of proteins,such as p21-activated kinase,tropomyosin-related kinase receptor T1,neuromedin U,sarcoma viral oncogene homolog,cell division cycle protein 42,X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein,and phosphorylation retinoblastinoma proteins,as well as Rho GTPases.
