本文基于我国216家光伏企业的问卷调查数据,借助结构方程模型分析方法(SEM),对产学研联盟内组织间学习的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,企业的吸收能力越强、企业与大学、科研机构的关系嵌入性程度越高、各方的文化协同性越强,企业在产学研联盟中的组织间学习绩效越高。
Alliances between industry, academia and the research community serve as important platforms where inter-organizational learning can be achieved between companies, universities and research institutions. From the combined perspective of inter-organizational learning, interrganizational network and inter-organizational cultural collaboration, this paper proposes three factors which are influential of the performance of inter-organizational learning in the said alliances: absorptive capacity, inter-organizational embedability and inter-organizational cultural collaborativity. Drawing on the survey data of 216 photovoltaic companies in China, this paper undertakes to analyze the influencing factors of inter-organizational learning with the assistance of structural equation modeling (SEM). The research results show that the enterprise's absorption capacity, the inter-organizational embedability and inter-organizational cultural collaborativity between enterprises, universities and research institutions are in positive relationship with the enterprises' learning performance within the alliances.
