在序信息系统中通过“逻辑与”将变精度粗糙集与程度粗糙集融合起来，建立一种新的粗糙集模型，对模型区域做出了精确的刻画，而后深入的研究了其数学性质，文末通过学生成绩这一案例进行分析体现本文的研究意义。序信息系统下变精度与程度的“逻辑与”粗糙集是对经典粗糙集理论的延伸和推广，为序信息系统的知识发现提供了新的理论基础。
英文摘要：
In this paper, the model of the rough set based on logical conjunction operation of variable precision and grade are proposed in ordered information system. It merges the advantages of these two models. The basic structure and accurate description of the new rough set model are discussed respectively.Moreover, some important properties of the model are investigated carefully. Furth more, study about the student achievement is analyzed. The new model has extended classical provides some new theories about knowledge discovery in ordered information system. a specific case rough set and provides some new theories about knowledge discovery in ordered information system.
