Based on the intuitionistic fuzzy information system, a weighted score function is proposed in this paper, and the dominance relation is defined. Based on the relation, the variable precision rough set and graded rough set are combined with the ＂logic or＂ and ＂logic and＂, the definition of the ＂logic and＂ upper approximation and the＂logic or＂ lower approximation is provided and the related properties are discussed. Finally, the introduction of an practical case further reflects the significance of the model, which provides a theoretical basis for data mining.
