基于国际高分辨率卫星影像区域网平差制作数字正射影像图(DOM)的应用较多,针对大区域范围内的中国高分辨率卫星影像的无控制区域网平差的DOM快速制作还鲜有提及。以资源三号卫星三线阵影像为数据源,基于自主光学遥感卫星姿态低频系统误差检测与标定及稳态重成像的传感器校正方法、大规模区域网数据高效组织与区域网自动构建技术、无控制区域网平差技术、影像密集匹配技术、DOM自动纠正技术,实现了全国DOM产品的快速生产。试验结果表明,采用该方法无需地面控制点,并能有效提高中国遥感影像的几何定位精度,真正实现全国DOM产品的快速生产。
The creation of digital orthophoto maps (DOMs) based on block adjustment of international high resolution satellite images is increasing, but this type of DOM produc- tion without ground control points (GCPs) over the large ar- ea of China is rarely studied. This paper describes the rapid production of DOM products in China based on low-frequen- cy system error detection and sensor calibration for steady state imaging, efficient data organization and construction of regional networks, block adjustment without GCPs of largearea satellite images, a dense-matching technique, and auto- matic correction of DOMs using three-line array image data acquired by the ZY-3 satellite. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the geo- metric positioning accuracy of remote sensing images without GCPs and enable the rapid production of DOM products.
