针对采煤工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚超限问题,基于WX-80型环缝引射式瓦斯稀释器,进行了采煤工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚治理试验.结合采煤工作面实际,通过研究上隅角瓦斯稀释器治理技术,优选了瓦斯稀释器应用方法,确定了合理安装位置和工作参数.现场试验结果表明,瓦斯稀释器治理技术取得了良好效果.实践证明,瓦斯稀释器防治瓦斯超限技术具有明显的安全、高效、轻便、环保、经济等特点,为煤矿井下治理局部瓦斯问题开辟了一条新途径.
Aimed at the coal mining face top corner gas accumulation and overrun problem,The paper carried out gas accumulation treatment test in the mining face top corner based WX-80 type ring seam ejection gas diluter.Combined with the actual mining face,through the study of the top corner gas diluter control technology,optimization of the application method of gas diluter,determined the reasonable installation position and work parameters.Investigation of the field test results,shows that the gas diluter treatment technology has achieved good governance in the top corner gas transfinite effect.Practice proves that gas diluter control gas gauge technology has an obvious safety,efficient,portable,environmental protection,economy,and opens up a new way for the treatment of local gas problem in coal mine underground.
