现有的煤矿井下精确定位系统存在覆盖距离近、小型化难度大、成本较高等问题,针对上述问题,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的精确定位节点。该节点设计分为中心节点设计和目标节点设计两种方案,均采用相同的JN5168射频芯片,由于节点小型化要求不同,中心节点和目标节点使用不同类型的天线。经在煤矿试验巷道中测试,将定位节点应用于煤矿精确定位系统,其覆盖范围能达到300m,定位精度能够达到10m以内,提高了定位系统的性能。
Aiming at the shortcomings of current accurate positioning system in underground coal mine, such as the small coverage range, technical difficulty and high cost of miniaturization, an accurate positioning node was designed based on ZigBee, comprising the center node design and the target node design. And the two schemes utilize the same radio frequency chip -JN5168, and different antennas because of different miniaturization needs. The test in coal mine roadway shows that, the performance of the positioning system will be improved applying the designed node, with coverage range reaching up to 300 meters and positioning accuracy within 10 meters.
