使用吡啶骨架作为一种容易移除的导向基,发展了铑催化的酚类衍生物与缺电子的烯烃的C-H烯化反应,以较好的收率获得了一系列邻位官能化的酚类化合物。探讨了反应的温度,添加剂,溶剂三种参数对反应收率的影响,建立了最佳的反应条件,并研究了放大量实验。所有未知化合物均采用了IR,NMR,HMMS等谱学技术进行了结构表征。
A highly efficient Rh( III)-catalyzed direct C-H olefination of phenol derivatives and withdrawing-electron olefins using readily removable directing group had been developed.A series of functional phenol derivatives were obtained in good yields.The optimal reaction conditions were established through investigation of temperature,additives and solvents,and the gram-scale experiment was carried out. Moreover,all of the unknown compounds were confirmed by infrared( IR),nuclear magnetion resonance( NMR),and high resolution mass spectra.
