本文从捷联惯导加速度计信号采集单元的基本原理出发,给出了采集电路设计性能指标,然后以零偏稳定性、噪声和动态响应等重要指标对采集单元的性能进行了分析,并由此对采集单元中采样电阻、运放、A/D转换器和参考电压等关键器件的性能及对采集单元精度的影响进行了研究。本文着重从电路的设计,关键器件的选型等方面来讨论高精度加速度计采集单元的实现。在设计完成后,对采集单元进行噪声、温度和时间稳定性进行测试,结果表明设计的采集单元性能符合捷联惯导系统的要求。
The basic principle of the strapdown inertial navigation accelerometer signal acquisition unit is proposed firstly.The acquisition unit in many functional characteristics,such as the bias stability and the scale factor stability is analysed.The main target of the acquisition unit is presented,then the performance of essential components which conclude sampling resistance,operational amplifier,reference voltage,AD converter,and their influences on the precision of acquisition unit are studied on.The high accuracy accelerometer acquisition unit should be realized on the design of circuit and the selection of essential component.After the design is completed,the test results of the noise of the acquisition unit,temperature and time stability show that the designed acquisition unit meets the performance requirements of SINS.
