在分析比较现有特征识别方法的基础上,提出一种基于切削体分解组合策略的工艺特征识别方法,以解决计算机辅助工艺设计中设计信息的集成和重用问题.分析了该特征识别方法的基本原理,给出了该方法的整体框架,阐述了切削体的生成、分解、组合、搜索匹配,最终获取工艺特征的特征识别的全部流程;逐步探讨了融合几何、设计信息及工艺设计知识的切削体分解组合策略,以及该策略下工艺特征识别过程模型的信息描述方法、切削体分解以及单元切削体组合过程中的特征双重匹配方法.最后,通过实例验证了该工艺特征识别方法的有效性.
In order to solve the integration and reuse problems of design information in computer aided process planning, a method based on delta-volume decomposition and combination strategy is proposed for the recognition of process features, according to the analyses of the existing feature recognition methods. Then, the basic principle and the holistic framework of this method are respectively analyzed and introduced, and the overall feature recogni- tion flow, including generation, decomposition ; combination, search matching of the delta-volume, and capturing process features, is expounded. Moreover, some discussions are gradually carried out on the delta-volume decomposition and the combination strategy fusing geometry information, design information and process planning know-ledge as well as two methods guided by this strategy, namely, the information description method of the model describing the process feature recognition and the feature doubly matching method used in the processes of the decom- position of delta-volume and the combination of delta volume cells. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed recognition method is verified by an example.
