利用嵌入式技术、网络与通信技术(包括工业网络与通信技术)的最新成果,提出了嵌入式模块化、网络化数控系统,并具体介绍了其硬件和软件系统平台的模块化开发。通过模块化的嵌入式软硬件结构设计,使得该数控系统性价比更高、资源利用更充分、结构灵活、易于扩展、具有开放架构,并能更好地满足网络化数字制造环境下数控加工需求,解决目前基于工业PC的数控系统面临的一些问题;且通过嵌入式Web实现了更便捷的远程控制与监测。此外,其对探索数控技术新的发展途径和方向方面具有一定的参考作用。
Embedded module network numerical control system was demonstrated, applying the latest developments of embedded technology, network and communication(including industry network and communication technology). The modular development of the system's software and hardware platform was presented in detail. Through the modular design method, the embedded module network numerical control system has high performance and low cost, effective resource utilization, agile structure, easy expansion, open framework and it could better "meet numerical control machining requirement under the environment of network digital manufacturing, which makes it solve the problems confronted with numerical control based on industry PC. Also, convenient long-distance control and inspection were realized through embedded Web. Moreover, the embedded module network numerical system has some exploring effects on new developing method and direction of numerical control technology.
