In this paper, we carry a capacity state measurement of Beijing infrastructures in the period of 1986-2006 through building indicators of Carrying Capacity of infrastructure, which can be caculated by using principal component analysis method. And we also estimate infrastructure carrying state with the method of measuring relative resources capacity. Further, this article compares the infrastructure capacity of different Beijing districts and counties in Beijing, as well as proposes some policy recommendations.
