本文将中国城市可持续发展过程中影响农村发展的环境因素分成环境退化因素和环境治理因素两大类，使用面板协整、面板格兰杰因果检验方法开展实证研究，发现上述两类环境因素均与农村发展存在密切联系；中国城市化进程中的环境损耗以及由此导致的环境退化，尚没有对中国各地区农业发展产生根本性的负向影响，但环境退化因素已在一定范围内对农业发展构成了负面影响；同时，在城市化进程中，环境治理因素确实对农业和农村发展产生了积极作用；最后，中国对于工业二氧化硫污染的治理效率相对低下，并没有对农业发展产生足够显著的正向影响。

Environmental factors impact on rural development during China＇s urbanization process can be classified into two broad categories include environmental degradation factors and environmental enhanced factors. In this paper, we use the panel cointegration, panel Granger causality test method to carry out empirical studies and found that these two categories - environmental factors are close links with the rural development.
