本文将生态学的思想运用到公司治理研究中,提出股东生态系统的概念。该系统由股东生态主体、股东生态环境和股东生态调节机制构成,具有系统性、竞争性、动态性及平衡性的特征,并在股东关系耦合作用下形成错综复杂的网状结构。以生态系统演化的观点来考察股东之间关系,依据生态系统的研究范式来刻画股东的异质性特征,为研究纷繁复杂的股东关系提供了新视角,为进一步研究股东关系内在规律奠定了理论基础。

英文摘要：

This paper extendes the ecology to the corporate governance system and puts forward the shareholders ecological theory. It consists of shareholders＇ ecological subject,ecological environment and adjustment mechanism,and presents the systematic,competitive,dynamics and balanceable features. Besides,under the coupled action of shareholders relationship,it is also with network structure like the natural ecosystem. Now that shareholders＇ ecological system has multiple similarities with natural ecological system,it can be used to research shareholder relationship and depict shareholder＇s heterogeneity according to the ecological research paradigm.
