在不同的环境温度下.通过对典型结构的理论分析,探讨温度变化对半刚性沥青路面极限轴载的影响.考虑沥青混合料的粘弹性力学性质.利用沥青劲度模量与沥青混合料劲度模量之间的关系。采用BISAR软件进行计算,定义极限轴载为层底弯拉应力等于各结构层材料抗拉强度时的轴载值.分析结果表明,温度是影响半刚性沥青路面极限轴载的一个重要因素;路面温度从-30℃上升到60℃,随着沥青面层厚度从10cm增加到30CWI,极限轴载降低24%~46%.
The effect of temperature on ultimate axle load of semi-rigid asphalt pavement was explored through theoretical analysis on a typical structure at various temperatures. Viscoelasticity of asphalt materialswas considered and the relationship between asphalt binder and asphalt mixture moduli was utilized. Ultimate axle load, defined as the load at which the induced flexural stress was equal to the indirect tensile strength of the material at the bottom of any structural layer, was calculated using BISAR software. Results of the analysis show that temperature is an important factor influencing the ultimate axle load of semi-rigid asphalt pavement. When temperature increases from -30℃ to 60℃, the ultimate axle load may decrease by from 24 % to 46 % for variation of asphalt mixture surface layer from 10 cm to 30 cm in thickness.
