It has been a hot issue among the academic circle about how multinational corporations allocate their business all over the world and how they deploy decision-making rights in the business system.The regional headquarter of multinational corporations plays a significant role in the configuration of business distributions system and decision making system.Starting from the research of regional headquarters,the in-depth analysis of the business distribution system of headquarter-oriented style,supply-chain-oriented style and project-oriented style respectively,and furthermore,the analysis of their deployment of decision-making rights and the character of decision-making system based on the studying of multinational corporations' value chain,are helpful to find out multinational corporations strategy that consistent with their organizational operating mechanism and explain their strategic and management behaviors.
