英文摘要：
In order to offer more efficient interactive mobile TV service, based on the architecture of Nokia;s IPDC, this paper presented a group-based approach with DVB-H and cellular network, which groups the subscribers by the contents they choose, and offers one channel to a certain amount of subscribers on the same content. The selection information on the contents is collected through cellular network, while the video contents are delivered from DVB-H. The simulation results demonstrate that this groupbased approach can gain much higher capacity, much lower user average waiting time, and much cheaper price, compared with the one-to-one video streaming approach.
