目的探讨Toll样受体4（TLR-4）和核转录因子-κB（NF-κBp50）在不同类型淋巴瘤中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学Super Vision法检测97例恶性淋巴瘤患者组织中TLR-4和NF-κBp50表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 TLR-4和NF-κBp50在不同类型的淋巴瘤中皆有较高程度的表达,但各组之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。TLR-4在CRP（C反应蛋白）高水平组表达高于低水平组,NF-κBp50在AnnArdor分期Ⅲ～Ⅳ期表达高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 TLR-4和NF-κBp50在不同类型淋巴瘤中皆有较高表达,可能参与了多种类型淋巴瘤的发生、发展;TLR-4与CPR和NF-κBp50与Ann Ardor不同组间差异可能对淋巴瘤的诊断和预后有一定的意义。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the expression of TLR-4 （Toll like recptor-4） and NF-kBp50 （nuclear factor-kappa B, NF-gBp50） in subtypes of lymphoma and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical straining was used to assess the expression of TLR-4 and NF-kBp50 in 97 cases of lymphoma and analyze the relationship between clinical and pathological features. Results Expression of TLR-4 and NF-kcBp50 were high in various subtypes lymphoma, expression of TLR-4 and expression of NF-kBpS0 in subtypes of lymphoma had not significant difference （P）0.05）; Expression of TLR-4 between high level group of CPR and low level group of CPR, Expression of NF-kBp50 between Ann Ardor stage ]]] kIg and Ann Ar dor stage [l , which had great significant difference （P d0.05）. Conclusion TLR-4 and NF-xBp50had been found various degree expression in subtypes of lymphoma, it might play a role in the development of lymphoma. Expression of TLR-4 have associated with CPR and expression of NF-gBp50 have associated with various group of Ann Ardor stage, which may have a certain reference value in the prognosis of lym- phoma.
