在数字信号的时频分析中,确定小波和小波包最佳分解层或最大分解层的问题中,均会涉及到中心频率。鉴于在软件Matlab中只能计算小波函数的中心频率,不能计算尺度函数的中心频率,而且也未见涉及该问题的文献,故基于功率谱计算尺度函数和小波函数中心频率的方法,编写了计算尺度函数和小波函数中心频率的人机交互软件。该软件可以方便快捷地计算尺度函数和小波函数的中心频率。实例计算结果表明,方法和程序是有效且可行的。
The center-frequency is an important parameter in time-frequency analysis of digital signals and in determinating the maximum wavelet and wavelet packets decomposition level. Because only for a wavelet functions the center-frequency can be computed in Matlab, but not for the scale function, in this paper, GUI program for computing the center-frequency of the scale and wavelet functions are developed based on power spectrum. Examples show that the method and program are effective.
