硝基烯烃是有机化学常见的亲电试剂,其合成方法以硝基烷烃和醛发生Nitro-Aldol反应再进行消除得到,而多取代的硝基烯烃发生加成反应其产物是含季碳的化合物.因此多取代的硝基烯烃的合成方法还不多见.本文以吲哚和硝基甲烷为起始原料,通过吲哚的亲电取代反应、N-酰化反应、Henry反应、消除反应,以较好的收率合成了具有三氟甲基和吲哚基团的三取代硝基烯烃化合物.
Abstract:Nitroolefins have been paid great attention as versatile electrophiles in recent years.However,trisubstituted nitroolefins containing trifluoromethyl group and indole motif are seldom explored.Herein we report an efficient and mild approach for the synthesis of trisubstituted nitroolefins in good yield via Nitro-Aldol reaction of 3-indolyl trifluoromethyl ketones and nitromethane and subsequent dehydration.
