Six new polysubstituted allylic alcohols containing 1,4-diene structural unit were synthesized by the three-component Michael -Aldol tandem reaction of 1-(p-tosyl)-1-hexyne, allylmagnesium bromide and aldehyde in one-pot. The structures were characterized by ^1H NMR, IR and HR-MS.
