为选择耐盐育种材料,揭示枣耐盐生理机制,以沾化冬枣、陕抗1号、扁核酸、七月鲜枣的当年生扦插苗为材料,在不同浓度盐胁迫条件下,分别测定了叶片的盐害指数、丙二醛含量、质膜透性、蛋白质含量、脯氨酸含量的变化。研究结果表明随着NaCl浓度和处理时间的增加,枣叶片受害症状逐渐加重,可溶性蛋白、丙二醛含量和游离脯氨酸含量随着盐浓度的升高而增加,细胞质膜透性增强,各项指标测定结果表明七月鲜枣耐盐性最强。
In order to select salt tolerance breeding materials,and to find out physiological mechanism of salt tolerance in jujube,salt injury index of leaf,permeability of cell membrane,MDA content,soluble protein content and proline content in leaf were determined under different NaCl mass fractions conditions,taking Zhanhuadongzao,Shankang NO.1,Bianhesuan and Qiyuexian as materials.The results showed that with NaCl mass fraction increased and treatment time prolonged,salt injury index of leaf was increased, MDA,soluble protein,and proline contents rose,and permeability of cell membrane was strengthened,with NaCl mass fraction increased.The results of determining the indexes indicated that Qiyuexian has the highest salt-tolerance ability in the four cultivars.
