目的 探讨低能量高频率810nm半导体激光飞点模式与高能量低频率1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗唇毛的疗效、安全性和满意度。方法 采用随机自身左右对照方法,20例患者随机分为A,B两组,A组右侧使用半导体激光进行治疗,左侧使用Nd:YAG激光,B组相反。共进行5次治疗,每次间隔4周。结果 疗程结束1个月时半导体激光STACK模式和Nd:YAG激光有效率分别为95.0%,90.0%,3个月时有效率分别为75.0%,85.0%,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),均无严重副作用发生。半导体激光飞点模式疼痛度评分更低(P〈0.05),满意度更高(P〈0.05)。结论 两种激光治疗多余唇毛均安全有效,使用STACK模式治疗疼痛度更低,满意度更高。
Objective To compare efficacy, safety and satisfacation degree of low fluence high repetition rate 810 nm diode with high fluence low repetition rate 1064 nm neodymium:yttrium-aluminium-garnet(Nd:YAG)laser.Methods Twenty subjects were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B. Group A received diode laser on right side of their upper lip and Nd:YAG laser on the other side. The treatment of group B was just contrary to group A. All the subjects received five monthly treatments at 4 weeks intervals.Results Percentage of upper hair reduction at 1-month follow-up visit after receiving diode and Nd:YAG laser treatment were 95.0% and 90.0%, respectively, and at 3-month follow-up were 75.0% and 85.0%, respectively. There were no significant differences(P〉0.05 ). Patients reported lower pain on the diode laser side and higher satisfaction(P〈 0.05).Conclusion 810nm diode laser in STACK mode was as effective and safe as 1064nm Nd:YAG laser in hair reduction.Additionally, the treatment with low fluence high repetition rate diode laser was found to be less painful and provide higher satisfaction.
