重金属污染与多种疾病的发生密切相关。许多环境重金属都会对DNA甲基化状态产生影响,这种表观遗传改变在疾病的发生与发展中往往发挥重要作用。该文综述了砷(As)、镍(Ni)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)等多种重金属对DNA甲基化影响的最新研究进展及其可能的作用机制,为进一步揭示环境-健康相互作用机制及研究环境重金属污染对人群健康的影响提供了参考依据。
Heavy metal pollution is a global environment problem. Increasing evidences indicated that exposure to heavy metal is associated with many diseases. Many heavy metals have been proved to alter the DNA methylation status ,such epigenetic changes are related to the occurrence and development of many disease. This paper reviewed the effect of several metals including arsenic, nickel,lead, cadmium and chromium on DNA methylation changes, and the pathogenic mechanisms involved. This may help to reveal the environment-health interaction mechanisms and provide a reference in studying the healthy effects of heavy metal pollution.
