This article presents a strategy for the network to be fauh-tolerant, which enables the system to quickly recover from crash of underlying dispatchers. Moreover, it brings forth a novel solution based on “ Dispatcher Association” for the network to self-organize to boost dispatching efficiency, SOES is the system under development to testify such a notion that underlying network for content-based pub/sub system support self-reconfiguration.
