以纳米TiO2-KMnO4协同光催化氧化体系为基础,结合分光光度法建立了一种快速测定水样中化学需氧量(COD)的简便方法。本方法具有线性范围宽、抗氯离子干扰能力强等优点。在选定的最优条件下,线性范围为0.1—320mg/L;当氯离子含量在1500mg/L以内时。相对误差小于5%。此方法适用于污染程度低的自来水、地表水或中等污染程度的工业废水中COD值的快速测定。
Based on a nano-TiO2-KMnO4photocatalytic oxidation system, a sensitive spectrophotometric method for rapid determination of chemical oxygen demand (COD) was proposed, with merits of wide linear range and strong tolerance to the interference of chloride. The operation conditions were optimized as reaction time 10 min, solution pH 3. 0, solution temperature 80℃, and catalyst load 1.0 g/L. Under optimized conditions, this method can respond linearly to COD of potassium hydrogen phthalate in the range of 0. 1 - 320 mg/L. And the tolerable concentration of chloride ions is over 1500 mg/L for an interference of less than 5%. This method was satisfactorily applied to determine the COD values in mildly contaminated samples such as tap water, Yangzi River water and lake water.
