Cu(OH)2/TiO2复合型纳米光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能

利用沉淀法制备了用表面包覆Cu(OH)2的纳米TiO2光催化剂,以甲基橙为待降解的模型化合物,研究了Cu(OH)2的包覆量、光催化剂的用量、pH值等因素对Cu(OH)2/TiO2复合纳米光催化剂的光催化性能的影响。结果表明,当Cu(OH)2的包覆量为0.05%(铜、钛原子百分比)时,该催化剂的光催化效率最高,约为未改性TiO2光催化剂的6倍,且在比较宽的pH范围内(3.0~7.0)均具有较高的催化活性和较强的矿化能力以及较长的使用寿命。

英文摘要:

The Novel Cu(OH)2/TiO2 composite nano-photocatalyst was prepared by in situ deposition of Cu(OH)2 in the presence of nano-TiOz powders. By using methyl orange as a model compound to be degraded, the effects of the amount of Cu(OH)2 deposits, catalyst loading, and solution's pH values were studied on the photocatalytic activity of the composites. It was demonstrated that when the amount of Cu(OH)2 deposit was 0.05%, the photocatalytic activity of Cu(OH)2/TiO2 achieved the best, being about 6 times higher than that of neat TiO2, and it kept high photocatalytic and mineralization activity as also as long lifetime at a broad range of solution pH values.
