在分析现场轴系平衡要求的基础上,提出了以机组残余振动平方和、残余振动最大值、残余振动均匀性三个目标共同衡量机组平衡状况优劣的方法。采用模糊数学原理建立机组平衡状态的多目标评价函数,实现了三个平衡优化目标间的协调。研究了粒子群平衡配重优化的原理,并采用该方法实现轴系全息动平衡配重的优化。通过实际案例计算验证了该轴系动平衡多目标优化的效果,该方法具有比遗传算法优化更小的计算量、更快的收敛速度。
On the basis of the requirement analyses of fields balancing,the maximum,uniformity and sum of squares of residual vibration were selected to be as optimization objectives for rotor set balancing.In order to coordinate the above three criterions,fuzzy mathematics theory was employed to build a multi-objective optimization function.The principles of particle swarm optimization of balancing weight were studied.Furthermore it was applied to implement the weight optimization of holo-balancing.The effectiveness of the proposed method and its advantages of smaller computation volume and faster convergence speed compared with genetic algorithm optimization are verified by a practical balancing application of generator set.
