针对传统VIKOR在指标赋权以及样本数据信息挖掘上存在的不足,提出一种VIKOR的改进算法.该算法综合考虑了决策者的主观经验与指标样本数据之间的内在规律,采用AHP和熵值法进行指标组合赋权;引入灰色关联分析法确定各备选方案与理想方案的灰色关联系数矩阵,并以此为决策矩阵进行方案排序优选.结合水电工程土石方调配问题,建立了一种基于改进VIKOR的土石方调配两阶段优化方法,并以某水电工程为例进行该方法的应用与验证.结果表明该方法是可行有效的,可以应用于工程招投标阶段的方案论证.
In view of the weaknesses on evaluation attributes weighting and data mining form sample data matrix in traditional VIKOR algorithm, an improved VIKOR algorithm is proposed. In the procedure of this algorithm, the combinational weights of evaluation attributes determined by AHP and entropy weighting so as to take subjective experience and objective data law into consideration simultaneously. Moreover, a grey relational coefficient matrix between the selected alternatives and ideal alternative was calculated as the new decision matrix by grey relational analysis, and the selection of alternative achieved. In addition, a two-stage optimizing method for earth-rock allocation based on the improved VIKOR established for solving the earth-rock allocation problem in hydropower project. A certain hydropower project presented to illustrate the proposed method. Results show that it is feasible and effective to be applied to scheme demonstration in hydropower project bidding.
