针对多维加速度场中六维力传感器惯性耦合效应特性及实际测试的需要,设计了一种三梁均布式弹性体结构的六维力/力矩传感器,对弹性体在多维加速度场下的力学行为进行了探讨,运用有限元(FEM)仿真分析了弹性体结构参数对传感器动态输出及振型频率的影响,为多维加速度场下多维力传感器动态解耦和多目标的优化设计提供依据.
