氧化还原石墨烯对NH3的敏感性研究

以TA功能化的rGO为传感器的敏感材料与以平面又指电阻器件传感器的变换器相结合,构造电阻型氨气传感器,并且室温下测试该传感器的基本特性.结果表明,该传感器在室温下对氨气表现了较高的灵敏度、良好的选择性、稳定性及较快的响应和恢复速度,对6 550×10-6氨气的响应时间和恢复时间分别为20s和100s.

英文摘要:

A chemo-resistive gas sensor based on the synthesized tannic acid(TA)functionalized and reduced graphene oxides(rGO)are fabricated and investigated for ammonia gas sensing at room temperature.The results show that the prepared chemo-resistive gas sensor based on tannic acid(TA)functionalized and reduced graphene oxides show excellent response performance,good reproducibility,and high selectivity for ammonia gas in contrast to the ethanol gas and acetone gas.The response and recovery time of the chemo-resistive gas sensor based on tannic acid(TA)functionalized and reduced graphene oxides are 20 sand 100srespectively for ammonia gas concentration in 6 550×10-6,and showing faster response and recovery speed for high concentration ammonia gas.
