利用CO2脉冲激光器对1Cr18Ni9不锈钢板进行激光蚀刻,探究高精度刻线的刻度盘的加工工艺。主要研究辅助气体、焦深、光斑移动速度等激光加工工艺参数对刻槽的影响,优化工艺参数,以求获得良好的几何精度和理想的刻槽轮廓。研究结果表明:基于1Cr18Ni9不锈钢、使用压缩空气,不同类型喷嘴对试样无明显区别,气压过低、距离过近都会使试样产生熔渣或黏结,连续调节焦深和光斑移动速度可获得理想的焦深范围和速度。针对后续的大批量生产的要求,相应提出改进的工艺方案,使其精度和可靠性达到更高的要求。
The Process techniques of high precision dividing scale on the 1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel dial with pulse CO2laser have been investigated.The parameters of auxiliary gas,focal depth,movement speed of spot and etc have been studied and optimized to meet the need of geometrical precision and ideal groove profile.The results shows that based on 1Cr18Ni9stainless steel and using compressed air,there is no obvious difference between various types of nozzle on the sample,too low air pressure and too close distance make samples produce slag or bond,the desired depth of focus range and speed can be achieved by adjusting the depth of focus and movement speed of spot continuously.An improved process scheme for higher precision and reliability was presented to meet the requirements of large batch production.
