And industrial technology innovation strategy alliance, industrial technology research institute, science and technology major projects and industry public technology service platform are the new organization modes of IGT research and development based on the background of collaborative innovation in China. The implementation of the new organization modes need the government＇s top design, the market mechanism based regulation and to adapt regional and industry characteristics of industrial development.
