The paper expounds the important role of technological integration capability in firm＇s innovation practice of technological integration model.Based on the connotation of technological integration capability and the technological strategy of Yutong Bus Corporation,the case study proposed that Yutong Bus Corporation innovation practice of technological integration model should be divided into core technological integration,parts matching,system optimization and technical service extension from four primary dimensions which were concept innovation,endogenous technology accumulation,effective external connection,integrated technology development.It has provided some practicality countermeasure for firms how to effectively adjust their integration innovative ways based on its own characteristics and eventually enhance their comprehensive technological innovation advantage.
