大型汽轮机组正常润滑油量与停机惰走时间都远大于采用过高位油箱的压缩机或工业驱动汽轮机,高位油箱系统设计特别是如何定量计算并尽可能减小油箱容积,成为亟待解决的首要问题。借鉴压缩机和工业驱动汽轮机配置高位油箱的设计思想,在厂内试验的基础上确定出其适用于大型汽轮机组的设计边界条件,而后针对卧式筒形油箱提出了高位油箱的容积计算方法,通过编制的程序可以快速准确地确定高位油箱容积,科学地减小设计余量,最后以某600 MW等级机组高位油箱容积计算作为设计实例验证上述计算方法的可行性和有效性。
The normal lube-oil flow and coast-down time of large-capacity steam turbines were far higher than that of compressors or Industrial driving steam turbines. The system design of Lube-oil rundown tanks, especially how to calculate the volume of the tank for reducing tank's volume, became the most urgent problem to be solved. The design idea of overhead tanks for compressors and Industrial driving steam turbines was used. The design boundary condition that was suitable for large-capacity steam turbines was determined based on factory test. According to horizontal cylindrical tank, the volume calculation method of Lube-oil rundown tanks was proposed. The volume calculation method of such tank could be determined quickly through programming. Design margin can be reduced scientifically. The feasibility and effectiveness of above calculation method were verified using a 600 MW unit as design example.
