吡啶作为苯环的生物等排体常被用作分子设计的有效基团,含吡啶类农药已成为近20多年来新农药刮制研究的热点领域之一。1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物具有杀虫、杀菌、除草、调节植物生长以及药物活性等多种功效口圳,因而该类化合物的研究迄今仍方兴未艾。本文根据活性亚结构连接法,将吡啶基、酰胺基、1,3,4-噻二唑环等活性基团拼接到同一分子中,以期获得高活性的植物生长调节物质,设计合成了一系列未见文献报道的[5-(3-吡啶基)-2-芳氧乙酰胺基-1,3,4-噻二唑。合成路线如下:
Six derivatives of 2 - aryloxyacetylamido - 5 - (3 - pyridyl) - 1,3,4 - thiadiazoles 3a - 3f have been synthesized by the reactions of 2 - amino - 5 - ( 3 - pyridyl) - 1,3,4 - thiadiazoles and aryloxyacetyl chloride. Their stmctttres were characterized by^1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis. The crystal st ucture of 3d was determined by X - ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal of this compound belongs to moncolinic system with space group P21/c,a =0. 76550(7)nm,b =0. 90221(8)nm,c =2. 2927(2)nm, =92. 811 (2)° ,V = 1. 5816(2) nm^3 ,Z =4,De = 1. 601g/cm^3 ,μ =0. 559mm^-1 ,F(000) =776 ,R1 =0. 0419,wR2 =0. 1216. The preliminary biological activity tests showed that some title compounds have relatively good activity as plant growth regulator.
