随着经济和科技的快速发展,环境污染作为一个制约瓶颈,也越来越紧地作用于经济和科技的发展之中,为了揭示全国和区域层面污染聚集性、科技聚集性和经济聚集性的变化趋势,运用Herfindahl指数、Gini系数与地理集中度指数分别测度了2004-2013年我国各地区的污染集聚、经济集聚和科技集聚的水平,又通过空间自相关检验,分析了这三者的时空演化过程及关系。结果显示:我国各地区污染、经济、科技均处于弱集聚态势;污染集聚、经济集聚与科技集聚两两之间均存在正相关性;各地区之间经济、科技的依赖性加强;大部分区域污染、经济、科技集聚空间差异小;北京由高污染区域转入低污染区域。
Using Herfindahl index,Gini coefficient and the geographic concentration index to measure the pollution agglomeration、economic agglomeration and scientific and technological agglomeration of the each region in China in 2004-2013 years,then used global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation to analyze the spatio-temporal variation characters.The results show that the pollution,economy and science and technology's agglomeration in China are not significant,there is a positive correlation between them,both two of them have positive correlations.The pollution,economy and science technology's spatial difference in most regions are small.Beijing through high pollution into low pollution region.
