根据分布式天然气冷热电联产(CCHP)的系统特性,在国际通用的平准化发电成本(LCOE)基本计算方法基础上,将燃气轮机产生的电能与冷、热能量经过折算之后的能量之和视为CCHP系统的总能量产出,计算得出不同容量机组包含冷、热能量的全能量LCOE。以各省省会城市的商业电价作为比较基准,评价CCHP系统在该省份是否具有经济性,并对相关影响因素进行敏感性分析。分析表明,在中国中东部发达地区,CCHP系统具有一定经济性;CCHP平准化发电成本对能量输出量及燃料成本的敏感性较高。最后从电网、气价改革及供冷供热系统等方面提出相关建议,以促进CCHP系统在"十三五"期间的市场发展。
Based on the method of levelized cost of energy(LCOE), widely used in electricity costs evaluation, the paper estimates the LCOE of Combined Cooling Heating and Power(CCHP) by systematically considering its energy output character. By compared between commercial electricity prices at provincial capital cities to evaluate the economy of CCHP energy system in local area and conduct sensitivity analysis. It shows that in Central and East China regions, CCHP energy system has commercial feasibility and its LCOE has a highly sensitivity to the energy output and fuel cost. It concludes some suggestions such as reform of power sector and gas price as well as the management of heating cooling supply system to promote CCHP energy system development during the "13th Five-Year" period.
