通过循环伏安法制备了聚L-半胱氨酸修饰电极,利用该修饰电极研究了Cu2+存在下多巴胺(DA)与鲱鱼精DNA在Tris-马来酸缓冲溶液中的相互作用.结果表明:在pH7.0的Tris-马来酸缓冲溶液中,DA在聚L-半胱氨酸复合膜修饰电极上有一对明显的氧化还原峰,加DNA后氧化还原峰电流明显下降,说明DNA和DA能发生相互作用.再加入Cu2+后氧化还原峰电流减小更大,说明Cu2+对DA和DNA的相互作用有较大影响.
Poly L- cysteine modified electrode was prepared by cyclic vohammetry method, with which the interaction between dopamine (DA) and herring sperm DNA with the presence of copper ion in the Tris - maleic acid buffer solution was studied. Result showed that there was an obvious redox peak of DA on the poly L - cyste- ine composite film modified electrode in the Tris - maleic acid buffer solution of pH 7.0. After adding the DNA, the redox peak decreased obviously. This of DA decreased further as adding coppe DA and DNA.
