目的 探讨急性心肌梗死合并室间隔穿孔患者在围术期的有效护理方法。方法 将该院收集到的20例患者按照随机数表的分配方式分成观察组和观察组,对照组使用普通的饮食护理和无菌操作,观察组在其基础上实施手术前、中、后综合系统性护理方法,对比二组医患关系、患者对疾病有关知识的掌握情况以及在此过程中产生的不良症状。结果 观察组对于医生和护士在整个研究过程中的服务态度、健康教育、业务水平、护患沟通、满足需求的及时性、疾病知识、护理知识、治疗手段等几个方面的满意情况评分都显著比对照组要高（P〈0.05）;观察组在整个研究过程中出现的护理不良事件发生率以及不良症状种类和人数都远远比对照组要低（P〈0.05）。结论 在围术期对急性心肌梗死合并室间隔穿孔患者进行综合护理有助于减少不良症状的发生,从而缩短康复周期。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the effective nursing method of acute myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular septal perforation in the perioperative period. Methods In author＇s hospital, 20 cases of patients were collected, and randomly divided into the Observation group and control group, control group received ordinary diet care and aseptic operation, while observation group was given a comprehensive nurs- ing before, during and after operation on the basis of control, then compared two groups of relationship be- tween doctor and patient, patient of disease related knowledge to grasp the situation and produced adverse symptoms. Results In the observation group, several aspects of satisfaction scores were significantly than that of the control group （P〈0.05） including service attitude, health education, professional skill, nursing patient communication, and meet the demand of timeliness, knowledge of disease, nursing knowledge and treatment etc. The nursing adverse events rate, adverse symptoms type and number of the observation group were much lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care in pa- tients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular septal perforation can reduce the occur- rence of adverse symptoms and shorten the recovery period.
